Accounting and management reports	PowerQuote prints a variety of reports including Top 20 Customers, Sales by Category, Accounts receivable, Balance of All Accounts, Past Due Report, Accounts Aging, Customer Statements, Job History, and Sales Tax report (tracks multiple tax rates!)
Sales categories	Choose one of 20 user defined sales categories for each job. PowerQuote's sales category report will add the total of the jobs for each category. Now you will know what you sold during big months, and what type of work was missing on slow months.
Point of sale receipt for deposit	You can quickly and easily take a deposit on order. Even if you haven't done an exact quote, you can make a receipt for a deposit on order while the customer is at the sales counter.
Invoice	Just enter the job numbers of the completed jobs, Ok the price and the customer, then PowerQuote does the rest. You get quick, professional invoices with the address positioned for a #10 window envelope - ready to mail! Of course you are not required to use PowerQuote for your invoicing, but what could be easier?
Multiple Tax Tracking	Canadian printers and others who would like to, may show 2 seperate taxes on the invoice an all associated reports. This could be GST and PST. Up to 10 different tax categories can be tracked. Of course single tax invoicing can also be used.
Customer account receivables	PowerQuote generates complete account receivable reports including each transaction, subtotals by customer, tax rate, and grand totals for transfer to any other accounting system. Also generates the top 20 customers list!
Works with other accounting packages	PowerQuote is compatible with Accountedge/MYOB®, Quickbooks, and other accounting packages, Mac and PC! Just enter the monthly accounts receivable totals as a general journal entry. No need to make entries for each invoice or each customer, PowerQuote maintains that information. just use the grand totals from PowerQuote's accounts receivable report.
