Demo Support- Yes we support our demo users during the trial period. We want you to see for yourself what PowerQuote will do for you! We'll even walk you through a price estimate over the phone. Call to schedule your free "phone demo"

Continuous Support Plan: Before the end of your first year you may purchase additional years of basic support including any updates or upgrades for $250/yr. This is only available to users who have been under continuous support.

"a la carte" Support: if you don't participate in the continuous support plan, you can still get help at a fixed hourly rate.

Upgrades: If you participate in the continuous support plan, these are free! For those outside their first year and who do not participate in the continuous support plan, upgrades will still be available, but it is going to be cheaper to participate in the continuous support plan- so don't let your support lapse!
